Christian is a Professor of Electrical Engineering at TU Dresden. He has more than 15 years experience in semiconductor industry and academia. His main interest is merging brain inspired computing, deep neural networks and symbolic AI on all levels from algorithm via information encoding to hardware, to achieve the third generation of AI.

Sebastian is an experienced chip designer, inventor and entrepreneur. He has more than 13 years of experience in driving low-power IP development and SoC design in academic and industrial projects. He is shareholder of Racyics GmbH and co-founder of Siliconally GmbH. He was the lead chip designer of SpiNNaker2.
Steve is ICL Professor of Computer Engineering at the University of Manchester. He was one of the two principal designers of the ARM microprocessor which powers much of the world's mobile and embedded computing. He is the creator and leader of the SpiNNaker project, which incorporates a million ARM processors optimised for brain modelling.
Richard is Manchester’s longest surviving venture capitalist, with 36 years investing experience, initially with 3i, then setting up several local funds before founding Redstone Venture Managers. He has been an investor and board member in some of the region’s most celebrated start-ups, including Telecity, Transitive Technologies and Blue Prism.
Johannes is group leader at TU Dresden. He has led various projects on neuromorphic systems and edge AI, one of them winning a first price in the German AI hardware competition in 2021. His expertise ranges from system design and neuroscientific modeling down to energy efficient digital circuits. He coordinates the SpiNNcloud construction at TU Dresden.
Bernhard has more than 10 years of experience in developing software and applications for various neuromorphic hardware systems. His special expertise lies in optimizing network models for efficient processing on specific hardware backends. He is one of the main software architects of SpiNNaker2.
Stefan has more than 12 years of experience in physical design of cutting edge systems, from wafer-scale Neuromorphics to bitcoin mining racks. His expertise extends across rack, board, chip and package levels to fulfil ultra-energy-efficient compute and communication requirements. He is the main physical and thermal architect of the SpiNNaker2 package and SpiNNcloud board.
